Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Gear

  Carefully pack the eBike or accessory in its original packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and chargers are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transport back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned item for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
